Simone Caporale is an internationally renowned bartender, entrepreneur, and bar consultant known for his innovative approach to cocktails and hospitality. Originally from Italy, he gained global recognition as one of the leading figures in the modern cocktail industry.He rose to fame as the head bartender at Artesian in London, which was named The World's Best Bar multiple times under his leadership. After leaving Artesian, Caporale embarked on multiple ventures, including launching Sips in Barcelona, which quickly gained a reputation and won the best bars in the world at 50 best ceremony in 2023. He has also collaborated on various projects, such as TAOS, or The Art of Shaking, is a comprehensive mixology education platform, and has been involved in brand consulting, bar openings, and signature product lines.
